Growth – Grass Valley Proposed SDA Annexations
The City of Grass Valley is considering four proposals for annexation and development, commonly referred to as the Special Development Areas. Together these projects would add over 1,500 acres and 4,000 residential units, and would add 10,000 people to the City, an increase of over eighty per cent by the year 2020.
